Terms of Sale

By purchasing Blasta Mhor Highland Cattle semen, either directly through Blasta Mhor Highland Cattle or through a third party, the buyer acknowledges that the semen is supplied for use within the buyer’s own herd only. The semen must not be resold, transferred, distributed, or otherwise on-sold without prior written consent from Blasta Mhor Highland Cattle. Resulting progeny may be owned, naturally bred, and sold in the ordinary course of livestock trading; however, the semen and any resulting animals must not be used for mass commercial reproduction, semen collection, embryo production for sale or export, cloning, IVF, ovum pick-up, or other commercial reproductive genetic programs without Blasta Mhor’s prior written approval. These conditions are intended to protect the long-term integrity and controlled use of Blasta Mhor bloodlines, while allowing normal herd breeding and livestock ownership.
